With its 400 member-cooperators, Cave de Lugny shines the spotlight on these master craftsmen, proud of their land, who care for and nurture their vines all year round. The Cave Coopérative produces and markets wines, continuing the expertise of several generations of winegrowers. The Lugny winery raises and vinifies white wines in particular, bringing their uniqueness and international renown. A dedicated sales and tasting area showcases the floral, honey and citrus characteristics of these Mâconnais cuvées.

It was here, in Charolles, that (the late) Bernard Dufoux founded his first chocolate factory, in 1960. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength. In addition to its tempting boutique, the Charolles address is worth a detour for its production workshop, where chocolatiers and pastry chefs reveal the secrets of their trade to the public, and give classes. The chocolates they make are of the highest quality, using sometimes rare cocoa beans and exceptional hazelnuts and pistachios. Henri and Madeleine Laroche were at the origin of this beautiful estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another and the Laroche family now cultivates 22 hectares of vines: 5 ha in the^1er cru Fourchaume, 1.30 ha in^1er cru Beauroy, 11 ha in Chablis and 4.50 ha in Petit Chablis. Domaine Bonnardot is a vineyard located in Villers-la-Faye, Burgundy. It offers a friendly, authentic experience, where visitors can discover the passion and craft of winemaking. The domaine has been in organic conversion since 2021, and was recently awarded two stars in the Guide Hachette for its 2019 Beaune 1er cru Belissand. It all started with a love story. Suzanne met Pierre, they got married and had many children. Three to be precise: Maxime, Romain and Pierre-Marie. Three brothers who seemed destined to take over the family estate in Couchey. But even if you have this gift in your blood, being a winegrower cannot be improvised. And that is the character of the Derey family: pugnacity, research and a visceral attachment to a terroir and its fruit. Being young winemakers is their strength, and it is by respecting the soil of their ancestors that they revisit this dusty, old school Burgundy that they love so much. The moral of the story? Hervé Joubert awaits you in his spirits store. According to him, the store is the only one to offer such a wide range of products within a 300-kilometer radius. Customers can choose from over 250 whiskies, mainly from Scotland, but also from Ireland, Japan and even Corsica or Brittany. 60 rums not found elsewhere are also on offer, as well as vodkas, cognac, armagnac and other eaux-de-vie. Opened in autumn 2013, the winery Paul Michel is located in the heart of a small courtyard, in the Rue des restaurants beaunois. The dynasty began when Claude settled in the village in 1600. Pascal, the current boss, continues the adventure with the same rigour under vaults engraved in 1560! With the Tissot comes at first sight the religiously convoluted "Marc du Jura". No need to travel the world to find international specialities. The burnery produces "Prohibition" labelled Jura whiskies (aged in barrels of macvin, straw wine, yellow wine, or even trousseau...). There is also Jurask'aya vodka, Jura gin d'gin, rum in straw wine casks. As for fruit brandies, they also play on originality: wild sloe, quince... Henri Prudhon was created in 1945 by Henri and his wife, both from the maturity families of Saint-Aubin. Their son Gérard developed bottling and on-line marketing. Fayyar is a microbrewery created in 2020 in the heart of one of the great wine villages of the Auxerrois. Simon, Romain and Élise offer you their organic and local beers. Do not hesitate to go and taste them; they are worth the detour! Above all, you can also visit the place and discover the work of these young and friendly brewers. By appointment, they will show you the raw materials used, but also all the stages of production along their beautiful cellars of the XIVth century. With a tasting at the end, of course!

Jean-Yves Vapillon remains the only independent winegrower in Rouget de Lisle. His vineyards are in fact spread over three localities. His father was a winegrower in the Beaujolais. Starting with 50 ares in 1994, his estate now has 7 hectares, where the Chardonnay grape is at its best. The wines grow in the depths of the cellars of an imposing winegrower's house. Since 1995, the vines have been cultivated in the most traditional way: cultivated soil, manual harvesting, control of yields.

The Mont d'Or gave its name to a famous and appreciated cheese sold in its famous round wooden box. This cheese factory offers to deepen its knowledge in the field of the Mont d'Or. Covering 16 hectares, the Cantin estate works with respect for nature and tradition. The harvest is done by hand, guaranteeing quality and richness of aromas.
