This great professional opened this charming cellar visible from the road as soon as you enter the village to share this passion. A modern and well-stocked shop where you can find the wines of the village's winegrowers. A real showcase for professionals and for their wines which are sold at property prices! Take the time to taste, Séverine will be happy to explain you all the complexity of this fabulous terroir that she knows perfectly well. The emblematic color of Saint-Aubin wine is 75 % in white wines, Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Murgers des Dents de Chien or En Remilly, for example, but red wine lovers can also enjoy it. There are also some beautiful appellations from the neighbouring villages as Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet or Meursault. Finally, in the heart of the village, rue de la Fontaine Canée the Caveau de Saint-Aubin has an exhibition area where you can admire the works of local artists. Enough to have a good time in Saint-Aubin and leave with advice in your head and wines in your trunk!
