After a stint as a pastry chef in Lyon, this chocolatier and confectioner returns to the Côte-d'Or, where he is expanding his hand-crafted collections. A boutique is opening in Dijon, another in Plombières-les-Dijon, where he creates and runs "Chocolatez" duo and pro workshops, and a third in the center of Pommard in 2023. What a lovely boutique!

Pierre Hubert is a pastry chef not to be missed in Dijon. Whether in the Toison d'Or shopping centre or in his shop on rue des Godrans, many delicious creations await you. This bakery is one of the excellent addresses in Auxerre. Many kinds of breads await you, but also pastries and cakes of great quality. We are particularly fond of the various tiramisùs served in glasses, and for the macaroons, the chocolates and other sweets. On the savory side, the choice is wide, but you can count on the classic sandwiches, croques, salads and other breads. As for the gougères, we warmly recommend them! You can even have lunch on the spot, in the small restaurant area.

In the extension of the Relais, the Bernard Loiseau shop is a real old-fashioned stall, with exposed beams and large painted wooden display cabinets, which offers a wide choice of culinary delights. Among the references of gifts and delicacies available you will find home-made products as well as products used in the kitchens of the famous restaurant such as Bernard Loiseau / Edmond Fallot mustard and also a whole series of small mouth-watering pleasures often developed in partnership with regional producers.
