Evelyne and Pascal Clairet are passionate. They show their profession of winegrower and chose to work their 6 hectares in certified organic culture and in biodynamy. Different grape varieties are represented, all the red and white wines of Arbois are produced, for more or less long maturation. It is possible to discover their wines in the tasting cellar, but also, in summer, at the Bistrot de la Tournelle in their garden. Wrought iron chairs and tables, overlooking the Cuisance, old stones, some tapas to nibble and their wines.

Jamais bu un vin jaune aussi bon c'était merveilleux,
Nous avons été choqué par les commentaires qui ne sont pas du tout justifiés et reflètent juste le comportement de certains touristes qui n'acceptent pas que le restaurant soit plein ou qu'ici on prenne le temps.
Donc merci encore pour ce très beaux et bon moment !
Un beau choix de vins du domaine et pas mal de tapas avec des produits locaux
Le domaine ne produit pas de crémant mais offre un crémant d vin autre vigneron
Dommage que l’on nous ai pas mis la bouteille au frais avec cette chaleur
