Since 2020, chef Florent Colombo has set up shop at Les Halles de Dijon to offer gourmets a quality catering service. Sophie and Maud will be delighted to tell you all about their homemade pies and succulent jambon persillé. In addition to pike quenelles, black pudding and blanquette, Côté Colombo offers a range of delicatessen products, from jams and honey to tea, oil and dried morels. The range of jars (cassoulet, homemade parmentier) is made from fresh seasonal produce.
