Here, all kinds of coffees are roasted and blended, some of them organic and rare, selected with passion by Magali. The house's universe doesn't stop there, with more than 250 varieties of teas, bagged or loose, to enjoy. Founded in 1976, the Brûlerie Mâconnaise has preserved the art of artisanal roasting, handed down from generation to generation. We welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere to discover top-quality coffees, roasted on site and from producers selected for their ethics and know-how. Our collections include Café Colombie Tierra Prometida, Café Éthiopie Kelem Wallagga, Café Indonésie Sumatra Fahman Gayo and Café Panama Baru Black Mountain. Cuban, Mexican and Rwandan coffees are also available. La Brûlerie also offers a wide range of teas, with over 250 varieties. Whether you're a fan of green, black or white teas, in beans or loose, we've got something for every occasion. Infusions, herbal teas and rooibos, also known as red tea, are also available. La Brûlerie is also the place to go for quality spices to enhance your dishes with authentic flavours. Its cookies and spreads are also perfect for accompanying your drinks. To perfect your tasting experience, the company offers a wide range of accessories, including coffee filters, teapots, bowls and mugs.
