From the vat room to the techniques used to make sparkling wine, a visit to the Vitteaut Alberti winery allows you to follow the entire process of making Crémant, from the arrival of the grapes to the tasting of the 7 cuvées, including the spectacular disgorging operation. Although machines are very present, the method is 100% traditional. All the crémants are aged for at least 24 months on laths. The 23 hectares of vines in the Côte Chalonnaise, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and Maranges regions allow the production of 300,000 bottles.

Low season: open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. High season: Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6:30pm; Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Tasting at 6 €/person from 3 crémants, from Monday to Saturday. Visits on reservation from 4 persons, from Monday to Friday. Cellar and tasting 12 €/person. Vineyards, cellar and tasting 18 €/person. French and English. Store.

vitteaut Alberti, a family estate for three generations, has been making Crémant de Bourgogne in the traditional way since 1951.Our cellars are located in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, in Rully, a small, picturesque village typical of the Côte Chalonnaise, the cradle of sparkling wines.

Our 22 hectares dedicated to Crémant are spread over a diversified terroir, located in the best climates of the Côte Chalonnaise and the Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune. We elaborate quality blends, thanks to the most noble Burgundian grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté.In the respect of the tradition, we vinify each year about 500 000 bottles, while benefiting from the best equipment.

We propose various vintages: white, white, special vintage, rosé, white of blacks... Fine bubbles and freshness are the key words of the Vitteaut-Alberti house!
