Located on boulevard de la République, in a superb Haussmann building, Hôtel Saint-Régis is chic without being worldly, despite its 4 stars. Its 36 rooms are all different. From the most authentic, 19th-century version to the most contemporary, they are all elegant and calm, and offer a beautiful view of the boulevard's historic buildings. On the culinary side, local gastronomy is highlighted at the Bistrot Saint-Régis, with its bright, Art Deco style. Bar and sweet and savory snacks available every day, even when the restaurant is closed.

Experience très agréable. Rapport qualité-prix excellents. Décoration sublime et lieux propres. Le nombre de serveurs est adapté et les sourires sincères. Plats très bons. Ce serait super sympa s'il y avait une proposition végétarienne. A Chalon-sur-Saône ce n'est pas courant.
