With the help of our advisers, discover the immemorial landscapes of the Autunois Morvan, land of the Celts and the Aedui in ancient times, where vegetation is king and where the fauna lives in harmony with its environment.
There are many outdoor activities in Autunois Morvan: downhill mountain biking, hot air ballooning, paragliding from the signal of Uchon, rock climbing near the Brisecou waterfall, sailing on the Vallon lake... Sportsmen and thrill-seekers will find what they are looking for here. Thehiking trails and other greenways that criss-cross the territory are just waiting to be explored!
As for heritage, the Autunois Morvan has many monuments and listed historical buildings.
Go back through history, starting with antiquity, and discover the menhirs of Epoigny, the archaeological site and museum of Bibracte, the ancient theatre of Autun, the pyramid of Couhard or the temple of Janus. Then follow in the footsteps of the medieval past by visiting the Rolin museum, the castle of Couches, the Saint-Lazare cathedral of Autun, and the small churches of the surrounding villages.
Then discover the Renaissance period with the castle of Sully, and go back in time to the 19th century in the light of the Art Nouveau facades of Autun city centre. Finally, rediscover the 20th century through the industrial mining past of Épinac or the Paldenshangpa temple in La Boulaye, created in the 1970s.

Des sites majeurs fermés comme la salle capitulaire.
Cathédrale fermée le dimanche matin et parfois en semaine s'il y a des offices : il y a d'autres églises à Autun pour accueillir ces offices sans gêner les visites de la cathédrale.
