Brasserie de France, 10,000 hectolitres/year, has created a "Bière Expériences" workshop open to individuals and employees. The concept is simple: 20 people brew their own beer for 4 hours. After 21 days, they get their beer back. Understand the differences between beers, find out what an IPA is...
