In September 2023, a brewing school for school dropouts will open on the site of the Brasserie de France. We call this school a committed brewing campus! The goal is to excite the students, to interest them in the brewing profession and to help them open their own brewery one day. From September, a class with students and a diploma course at the end of the curriculum is offered. But the Brasserie de France is first and foremost a production unit of 10,000 hectoliters of beer, which will soon reach 30,000 hectoliters. Artisanal beers such as Authentique and Beaunoise and a non-alcoholic beer, Bee Run or Soif de toi with a good taste of hops. The Brasserie de France also offers to create personalized beers, a company that wants to have a beer with its name to offer to its customers or a private individual who wishes to follow a workshop "Beer Experiences" of 4 hours to learn how to make and create his own beer that he gets back 21 days later after the fermentation process. He can also choose his container, can, glass bottle... Other workshops exist such as the initiation to zythology, the beer and wine tasting... Here is a place with multiple facets that can only please a maximum of people, amateurs and enthusiasts. A site not to be missed, complementary to the wine offer in the Beaune region.
