Marion Aoustet and Benoit Combes created L'Atelier des Bonbons to produce their famous stretched, flaky, tangy baked sugar crystals. Since then, they have extended their range to include everything that whets the appetites of young and old alike. The boutique opens onto the workshop, and depending on the time of your visit, you can watch the artisanal production process, a magical moment in the transformation of sugar. The gourmet palette ranges from marshmallows and teddy bears to their famous crystals, lollipops, candy canes and caramelized cereals. Yummy!
