Behind Place des Halles, next to the Porcheret cheese dairy (it will be easy to do double duty), the Éric Fèbvre bakery proudly displays the family tradition of the grandfather and great-grandfather. The chef first worked as a pastry chef in gourmet restaurants before returning to the simple taste of bread. Bread, yes, but "real bread", as he calls it: made by hand, without yeast, with this slow fermentation that gives it that little nutty flavour. Married with fig or chestnut, this honeycomb crumb is delicious. As you will have understood, we obviously trust the chef when it comes to pastry.... We let you discover!

Excellent pain avec différentes variétés et certaines productions selon les jours. Farine en agriculture raisonnée donc bien meilleure. Des pains au vrai levain aussi. Accueil vraiment sympa et de quartier. Prix corrects pour la qualité. Découverts sur le tard mais il n'est jamais trop tard ;)

Bonne boulangerie, il y a plein de pains originaux et très bon, je recommande !

Le pain est bon, rien à redire. En revanche, il serait temps d’adopter des pratiques plus modernes côté service. Imposer un minimum de 5 € pour la carte bancaire en 2025, c’est anachronique. Résultat : on perd du temps, on repart frustré… et on achète son pain ailleurs, dommage.

Super boulangerie en plein centre-ville, collée au marché.
Les produits sont top, avec des ingrédients frais et de très bonne qualité !
