The very beautiful boutique that has just opened in the centre of Beaune is not just another address that offers regional Burgundy products, but also local French products for Burgundians. This is the message that the enthusiastic manager Patrice Gérard, accompanied by his wife Barbara, wants to convey. The products on offer highlight the gastronomy of the whole of France. Dishes cooked in Périgord or Normandy jars, confits and jams from L'Artisan des Délices, spices, teas from La Compagnie Coloniale, pure fruit juices from the Patrice Font workshops, Billeau cookies, vintage La Quiberonnaise sardines, preserved Mediterranean fish from the artisanal cannery Azaïs Polito, chocolates, syrups and liqueurs... A rich range of products brought back from visits throughout France to artisanal producers, often Living Heritage Companies heirs to famous know-how. Patrice Gérard, a history buff from France, knows his producers, he can tell you about their production methods and above all advise you according to your desires. The ideas in Patrice's head are rushing around and tasting-discoveries at the boutique are scheduled. A very beautiful shop with an absolutely charming welcome.
