Hélice is the boutique of Karine Obriot, who has a passion for snails and whose main supplier is Maison Billot, specialists in Burgundy snails since 1796. The Helix pomatia are harvested and the parsley is prepared with butter from Normandy, pink garlic from Lautrec and salt from the Camargue. Here, they can be enjoyed fresh at any time of day: a dozen served with a glass of Chablis - enjoy! In shell, fresh, frozen, cooked, everything is excellent.

Magazzino is this glass building near the Leclerc store in Beaune. An innovative concept created by Joël and Christine Bertrand. On the first floor, an Italian grocery store of 750 m² with a fast-food bar-restaurant of Italian specialties and a vast restaurant on the first floor. The shelves are full of transalpine specialties, cold cuts, cheeses, pizzas, dry products for aperitif, grocery products, wines, preserves... the best to compose a special O sole mio menu! You can also sit down at the bar for a quick lunch.

A large family business, born in 1898, specialized in sparkling wines. Its 250 ha of vineyards cover 6 different terroirs producing numerous crémants of Burgundy appellation as well as more prestigious crus: brut blanc de blanc, vintage, grande cuvée, organic. The guided or audio-guided tour reveals the workshops, cellars, robots and automatons. In the store, you will find products from the Burgundy region: aniseed from Flavigny, Fallot mustard, Prosper Maufoux wines from Saint-Aubin.

In 1957, it all began in a small village on the Hautes Côtes, in the hamlet of Orches, with 10 winegrowers. Today, it has 80 associate winegrowers working 350 ha of vines from Maranges to Marsannay on 1,472 plots. It is the only cooperative winery in the Côte-d'Or region to have earned the Vignerons Engagements label, selling 3 million bottles a year of sustainable, organic and eco-designed cuvées. 40 references, from regional appellations to grands crus and Crémants.

Champy, founded in 1720, is the oldest of Beaune's great houses. Visit by appointment on rue du Grenier à Sel. Without an appointment, at Place de la Halle, you'll find a convivial boutique with a view of the Hôtel Dieu and a team of experts on Climats. Upstairs, a lounge area ideal for tasting Premiers and Grands Crus from the Côte de Beaune and Nuits. 500,000 bottles a year are produced from a third of the estate's 25 ha of vines, 30% of which are organic. Dimitri Bazas, technical director and oenologist, guarantees rigorous vinification.

A must-visit address in Beaune: over 200 types of cheese, including Délice de Pommard, invented by Alain Hess himself, master cheesemaker. This artisan torchon-molded cheese comes in a range of flavors: Dijon gingerbread, Beaune mustard bran, black summer truffle and blackcurrant bud. In the basement, 3 superb vaulted cellars invite you to sample local wines with a cheese platter of your choice, "cheese bar style". A must-taste!

La Conseillerie des Tonneliers, created by Claude Siegrist in 1978 in Beaune, has the will to put forward beautiful wines of winegrowers. Founded in 1750, this is one of the oldest houses in Beaune. Michel Bouchard, draper and wine merchant, and later his son Joseph, established the family here. Visit the Hôtel du Conseiller du Roy, a superb residence dating from 1743. The "Discovery" tour includes a sensory, playful and interactive 5-sensory tour, and a tasting of 5 wines that opens the ^18th-century cellars. Brasserie de France, 10,000 hectolitres/year, has created a "Bière Expériences" workshop open to individuals and employees. The concept is simple: 20 people brew their own beer for 4 hours.
