Family estate of 10 ha, 8 of which in Beaune Premier Cru, offering a variety of visit/tasting options, preferably by appointment.
Today, Thérèse and Dominique represent the sixth generation of this family-run estate, founded in 1850, which boasts 12 appellations spread over 10 hectares of vines, including 8 in Beaune Premiers Crus - a great playground! Dominique works more in the vineyard, while Thérèse is in charge of winemaking and always welcomes visitors with a warm welcome. Various tasting formulas are offered to satisfy the widest possible range of tastes, from amateurs to initiates, right up to a fun family tasting with games and syrup for the kids.

Opening time and information on DOMAINE BESANCENOT
Vignobles et Découvertes. Independent winemaker. Bike welcome. Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5:30pm. Call ahead. Weekends and other times by appointment. During the harvest, organization of discovery days: manual harvesting followed by the process up to the winery, full meal with wines. Delivery possible (2 electric charging stations. Indoor parking. Online store - shipments in multiple cartons of 6, assorted or not). Reservations required for 5-wine tastings with specialities from €12.5/person, 7 wines €15, Tribu €20/adult 5 wines and 5 syrups for children, including 1 blind tasting.Oenology courses.

C'est bien que la dégustation soit accompagnée de gougères.
Petit bémol, nous aurions bien voulu voir les caves avec les tonneaux.
Et 1h de dégustation ça va presque un peu vite pour apprécier chaque vin. Un petit quart d heure de plus serait appréciable.
Sinon nous avons appris des choses, et si nous avions des questions, nous avons été satisfait par les réponses.
Le prix des vins reste abordables.
