Built in 1868, it now allows, by returning to service, to discover a profession of the past, in danger of disappearing, that of millmaker. The mill's bucket wheel, tirelessly driven by the water of the Biez, sets in motion the gears that turn the millstone... Nuts and hazelnuts deliver through this mechanical game the precious oil that gourmets appreciate. It is always good to know that in addition to their refined taste, these oils also have preventive properties regarding cardiovascular diseases....

You can also compare the Diots of Savoy (100% pure pigs) and those of Valloire (vegetables and meat)! They are cooked and served with potatoes. A snack is also served in the Foot under the table. It is impossible not to fall for it, difficult to describe the joy of crossing the threshold of such a place, impossible to share pastries and chocolate makers you discover so carefully presented! These are real works of art that you do not only enjoy with the eyes. You must absolutely crunch them, enjoy them, let them melt, give yourself the treat again and again. Equally enjoy a charming welcome of a lady who will help you to choose from generous pastries. You can literally fall for a very soft chocolate meringue, an amazing richness. With its small box, you can turn towards the chocolate prepared in the adjacent workshop by an authentic traditional chocolate master who uses only noble ingredients in his compositions - pure cocoa butter, sugar cane, bourbon vanilla, Dauphine walnut etc. You would like to taste the content of all the baskets, precious dishes that change according to the season and the inspiration of the maestro: Florentine, pralines, cherries with kirsch, nougats and nougatines, truffles etc. the list is read as it is eaten with great pleasure. It is essential in Aix-les-Bains. This small shop uncovers at the beginning of Saint-Simond Avenue, near the railway station. A shop to the old where generations of Kaunas have come to search their fresh powdered coffees (since 1928!). Coffees from all sources to choose from its tastes and to give in its mood, robust or fruity, arabica or robusta. Wide variety of varieties, like teas in the world, to go into another sensory adventure. We love the charming welcome, as used in the shops, where you take the time to tell the origin of the products. There is also fine grocery and tea and coffee accessories. All this in such a small shop!
