A good smell of hot bread comes from this bakery in this small hamlet. Unleavened bread, but not only… from the real bread that lasts up to days. It has undergone a longer fermentation, a less heated kneading cuit, it has a different, woody and long taste in the mouth. A bakery where you will find other organic breads, nuts, grapes, spelt, complete, olive specialities, Kamut as well as other pastries and biscuits to cereals cooked in wood fires.
