By opening their patisserie-chocolate shop in Annecy, Charlotte and Olivier Pauriche are realizing their dream. Trained at top addresses, including La Tour d'Argent, the chef shares his passion for patisserie and chocolate with all gourmands, who stop by the terrace and boutique, where the production workshop is visible, to savor the superb and delicious in-house creations, each bearing a first name. A particular favorite is Monchoux, a small chou filled with Tahitian vanilla ganache, a marvel among many others, exquisite chocolates, or family entremets like Charles, the great chocolate.
