Created in 2017, Camayos is a solidarity and responsible project that brings together the village of Ayos in Cameroon with two enterprising Frenchmen - Fabrice Petitgenet, creator of Camayos, and master chocolatier Willy Ferrier - to produce organic and fair trade chocolate, coffee and peanuts. A valorization of the work of an entire population with the primary objective of producing quality chocolate by controlling the entire chain: from planting to harvesting in Cameroon; from cocoa mass production to chocolate production in France. In a second stage, they were aimed at the production of roasted coffee by hand. In 2019, it is done! Chocolate and coffee are successfully produced and manufactured under the best conditions. The third stage of this vast undertaking will be the planting and production of peanuts. The finished products are sold via the website to private individuals. High quality chocolate and coffee, at an affordable price for the greatest number of people, while guaranteeing the best prices for the Cameroonian villagers who are the first links in this beautiful Franco-Cameroonian adventure: to be enjoyed without moderation!

j'initie également ma conjointe qui aime le lindt 70 et qui trouve votre chocolat "vraiment délicieux" pour reprendre ces termes.
J'ai également acheté le café en grain, un goût doux et légerement acidulé ( peut-être à préciser sur le packaging ) utilisé sur machine à grain magnifica, même constat par rapport à la grande distri pour un prix hônnete.
Je referai une commande chez vous et merci à la chaîne youtube troublefait pour la découverte..

Toutes les sortes de pralinés de la boîte nous ont donné ce même ressenti, nous avons préféré les jeter dans la crainte d'attraper une intoxication.
