Established in 1820, this artisan store enchants our senses with the exquisite creations of talented master chocolatier-confiseur Stéphane Bozonnet. With a superb vineyard facing Mount Granier, Domaine des Barns Germania benefits from an exceptional land of 3,5 ha for the best expression of jacquère, gamay and Pinot vines. The abymes, in white, are a delicate freshness that perfectly accompanies the seafood or the most typical Savoyard fondue. The rosé of Savoy comes from a rotting grape, which removes aromas of well-marked red fruits. It is a nice wine for the fine days around the barbecue. La Fromagerie is firmly established in Lanslebourg, collecting milk every day to make the famous Beaufort PDO and Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc cheeses. This cooperative now brings together farmers from the villages of Aussois, Bramans, Sollières-Sardières, Termignon, Lanslevillard, Bessans and Bonneval-sur-Arc. Each year, it processes 5 million liters of raw milk, 90% of which is used to make Beaufort and 10% for Bleu de Bonneval.

In 2000, the estate was refurbished and renamed Domaine de Méjane. Today, the torch has been taken up by Jean's children, Philippe and Anne, and the vineyard covers 14 ha. an "independent winegrower", the wine is bottled on the property and the winemaker respects the terroir and traditions. Jacquère, chardonnay, altesse, bergeron, gamay, pinot noir mondeuse and persan are the grape varieties you'll find when tasting the wines in the cellar. A homemade and family bakery that Marion and Alexis have resumed with the aim of preserving traditions. The Fruitières Chabert were created three generations ago, in 1936, in Vallières, and are now present all over the two Savoy territories. The Val de Fier cheese factory in Vallières makes Emmental de Savoie, the fruitiest of the French Emmentals, with a dry, yellow to yellow-brown rind and a firm, melting paste. It takes a minimum of 75 days, with a week in a cold cellar, to mature this raw milk cheese.
