The volumes of the Bauges and Tommes de Saint-Ours are refined here for the fruit of the Fromagerie Cheese Factory for five to seven weeks and will cover a beautiful flowered crust before being ready to eat. Château de Lucey is a family-run wine estate nestled in the charming village of Lucey, between the banks of the Rhône and the majestic Lac du Bourget. It was founded in 2002 by Ramon Caballe, who already owned the Queyras cheese dairy (founded in 1991).
