A benchmark brand created almost 60 years ago, at this address for over 20 years. While some are running towards modernity, Deruaz remains the guardian of tradition. House specialties include Charolais and Limousin beef, Sisteron lamb, Savoy pork and Corrèze veal. Delicious country hams, including a ham cooked on the bone, sausages to choose from, old-fashioned pâté en croûte, a tasty sauerkraut and its garnish, boudin blanc or prepared with cream, unless you'd rather succumb to a garlic lamb sauté. Instead of swallowing a sandwich at lunchtime, go for a cooked dish. A gourmet address in the heart of the shopping district.
