Bistronomic restaurant offering seasonal cuisine, local produce and a short menu for maximum freshness.

John, originally from Annecy, and Eva, originally from Corsica, met in Haute-Savoie before traveling to work in some of the world's finest Michelin-starred establishments. Back to their roots on a peaceful square on the banks of the Thiou, a magnificent terrace sheltered from the hustle and bustle, in a superb setting to express all their talents in the company of a passionate team. Using local seasonal produce, John creates a cuisine rich in flavor. Eva creates food and wine pairings, mostly with organic or sustainable Savoy wines. Top value for money.

Super restaurant, un régal pour nos papilles, un service de qualité. Un restaurant au top. Des tarifs très très correct pour le repas proposés.

We probably had too high expectations for this bistro. Being recommended by the Michelin guide in the gourmand section brings a big responsability, that's for sure. The atmosphere is a bit anonymous, although we have appreciated the music. Plates were well plated, tasted good but unfortunately not mind blowing as I was expecting. We were not expecting huge portions but not so tiny either. Service was slow. We ordered two glasses of wine to pair with the entree, we ate the entree but the glasses were still missing. What a pity. We had to remind the waiter that very fastly brought as the wine together with the main. Overall, considering the hype, our experience didn't meet our expectations. There is still room for improvement.

Découverte appréciable,
La cuisine est raffinée, petite préférence pour l’entrée magret de canard fumée patate douce.
L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel par le jeune homme et la jeune femme, le point négatif que je souligne est l’accueil nonchalant de la patronne qui était agréable avec les autres clients sauf nous. Pas souriante, et désintéressé par notre présence. C’est dommage.
