It's a story that began 55 years ago and continues today with Alain Michel, the4th generation of cheese ripeners. At his place, not only are the cheeses no more expensive than in supermarkets, but they also offer exceptional tastes. Alain MICHEL takes over the family business, rue du lac in Annecy (Haute Savoie), which has been run by his father Raymond MICHEL for 50 years
This master cheesemaker was able to pass on to his son the know-how and passion of the trade. Indeed, as soon as the products are purchased, the selection is made. Later, in the natural cellar, time will improve the cheeses until they are fully mature. They can then be sold in his 2 shops, in Annecy and Annecy-Le-Vieux.
Come and discover the raw milk cheeses found at the farmers' during the alpine pasture period... a stall of French and European cheeses selected with passion.

Personnel souriant et Très professionnel
Leurs mélanges à fondue sont imbibés de vin blanc un scandale.
20 ans que nous venons ici et cela me déçoit d’autant plus.
Demandez à faire vos propres mélanges car c’était immangeable.
La qualité baisse d’années en années et le prix augmente sans cesse.
C’est dommage pour une si belle institution annécienne
