Located at the gates of the Parc de la Vanoise and in the heart of the Haute Tarentaise, in Peisey-nancroix, Chez Marthe is the store of the GAEC Alpin farm, because since 1984 Marthe and Jean Poccard Chapuis have chosen to create this direct sales outlet to better promote their products. This also allows for a direct exchange with consumers. Ideal to fill up with good cheeses: Beaufort d'alpage PDO (when it is the season), farmhouse tomme, farmhouse raclette, whey cream, whey butter, serac, yoghurt and faisselle, enough to make your choice! Since winter 2018, GAEC has also been marketing its tarine cow and lamb meat.

Pour les Amateurs de bons fromages en vente directe

Nous étions en vacances d’hiver à Peisey-Vallandry en Avril 2022. Nous nous sommes inscrit sur le site internet de l’office du tourisme pour la visite gratuite de la production du Beaufort et de la raclette au Gaec Alpin. Ce fut 2 heures très intéressantes et conviviales où le fromager Jérôme nous a tout expliqué et transmis sa passion pour son Art. La dégustation du lait fraîchement trait et d’un Beaufort « Chalet d’alpage » nous ont convaincu de la qualité du travail de Jérôme.

Les fromages et d’autres produits (yaourts, beurre, etc …) de trois fermes locales (vaches et chèvres) sont vendu à la fromagerie « Chez Marthe ». Les tarifs de vente directe y sont ultra compétitifs et l’accueil toujours joyeux, sympathique et de bon conseil.

Nous vous recommandons sans réserve la visite de la ferme (GAEC Alpin) puis celle de la fabrique des fromages. La fromagerie « Chez Marthe » est donc un incontournable pour ceux qui cherchent des produits locaux de grande qualité à un prix imbattable.
