The Fruit of the Three Massif, became Fruit du Lake after its Redemption by the Chabert fruit, combine traditional know-how and new techniques. It manufactures Tome PDO, vacherin et and PDO abundance. Open for sale and for free visits during the day, it is only in the morning from 9 am to 10 pm that the manufacture of the Tome, De and Abundance may be visible (through the glass space). The Fruitière of the Five Senses, a museum space, broadcasts a 20-minute film on the traditional manufacture of tommes. It is open during school holidays or by appointment the rest of the year.

Excellent cheeses, very good welcome!! I am not from the region and after having made a good tray to my family and friends, I often make a delivery in my home region. It's cheaper than in town!

Very good cheeses, including Raclette with chêvre, delicious wines and absolutely so that elsewhere! Unfortunately for opening hours. I would prefer the early afternoon and Sunday. Because of that I can only get there too rarely... And I find that it lacks a little choice, they are really varieties of cheese very local... Cartains price are very affordable. Including very good blue cheese in the 10€/kilo...
