Just outside Annecy, 15 minutes from the lake, gourmets can go directly to the producer to find excellent, typically French terroir products: wines and snails. On his estate, Philippe Héritier cultivates vines and raises snails, to the delight of gourmets who enjoy one with the other! Just as the grapes are organically grown, the snails are raised in the best possible conditions on the estate. All that's left to do is take them home and enjoy them with a good bottle of wine.
