La Démarrante is a fun, hoppy place with no shortage of good ideas. Open at the end of the day, La Démarrante treats us to good craft beers and good breads made from the leaven of house beers (a virtuous circle). Good atmosphere, good soundtrack and... good beers at this culinary microbrewery. The beers are available according to the inspiration of the brewers, especially on draught. It's a convivial, festive place where you can break bread and eat good bread, especially on Saturdays, with inventive street-food-style home cooking, and good products always in the same spirit.
