Cheese is not a product like any other. The proof is that there is an incredible variety of them, all made from the same ingredient: milk. So, to better understand how cheeses are made, head for Les Frox - Laiterie Urbaine. In their workshop adjoining the boutique, François and Roxanne show us in discovery workshops how they make delicious dairy products and cheeses that we're eager to savor. At the table, you'll be delighted by their home-made creations, from creamy Saint Froxien to raclette and yoghurts, as well as goat's milk cheeses from La Closette. We say "cheese" in front of the platters.
