The environment is green, made up of wooded hills and thick scrub, and the site offers a magnificent view from the access road over all the villages nestled in the greenery. Olmiccia is tiered on the hillside and offers the traveller pretty houses with wide granite facades and stony staircase climbs. In the surroundings you can see the two beautiful ancient bridges over the Rizzanese and Tufone della fata, the Fairy Hole. In Supranu there is the only working oil mill in the area.
