This cheese dairy is run by cheese refiners from Munster: Anne and Cyril Lang know their field inside out! Matured or fresh cheeses, raw milk or pasteurized milk, there is something for everyone here and if you feel lost, don't panic, the team of the cheese dairy will advise you perfectly. You will surely find what you are looking for, as with the "chauffe-moi", a munster type cheese that will sublimate your winter evenings.

Thomas welcomes you to his cheese shop/bar with a smile! Are you a cheese fan? This place is for you! It's a gold mine for AOC, AOP and organic cheeses, local or from elsewhere. There's a cheese bar where you can enjoy a glass of wine to match your plate. Thomas regularly organizes fondue evenings, raclette evenings, cheese and wine pairings and more. Marc, Christiane, their parents and sons manage this 25-hectare estate (unification of the 2 family estates in 2003) as a family. Marc and his father have been working the vines together since 1982. A silver medal winner for Crémant brut at the "World's Best Sparkling Wine" competition, HVE certified and soon to be certified organic for 8 hectares, the estate has not finished making a name for itself thanks to the new generation who are keen to develop it in the years to come.

SYNVIRA works to perpetuate the profession of the Independent Winegrowers of Alsace. It has a store in Strasbourg at the Comptoir des Vignerons alsaciens. Its website is packed with information on trade shows, activities and events organized by the Vignerons Indépendants d'Alsace. Here you will find everything you need to make a genuine Chinese, Thai or Japanese menu to delight your friends or family. This association of about fifty winegrowers embodies the young guard of the Alsatian wine industry. During your visit, you will be able to discover a Crémant d'Alsace composed of a delicious blend of pinot noir, pinot blanc and auxerrois (rated 89/100 by Wine Enthusiast), a Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker Vieilles Vignes 2017 and a superb Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Rosacker Vendanges Tardives 2016.

For more than 38 years, the Schmitt pastry shop has been a reference in Colmar when it comes to pastries and other sweets! Winegrowers from father to son since 1624, Alphonse Meyer et Fils produce wines, Alsace crémants and spirits on 13 hectares. Let yourself be tempted by the Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives 2020 which melts in the soul. Eaux-de-vies also available: Marc de Gewurztraminer aromatic, the emblematic Quetsche d'Alsace and the Myrtille des Vosges... Since 1840, the Zimmer House has been making delicious wines in Riquewihr. At the helm, Régine and her daughters Laura and Carole. Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives or Sélection Grains Nobles will awaken your senses. Taste the Pinots Gris Sélection Grains Nobles 2017 or the Muscat Vieilles Vignes 2019. There are still a few bottles of Riesling Grand Cru Schoenenbourg 2013 (gold medal Riesling of the world): to good hearers... With Mathieu Deiss, the expression " good blood doesn't lie" takes on a vinous dimension! Coming from a long line of Alsatian winemakers, Mathieu is the son of Jean-Michel who manages the superb Domaine Marcel Deiss in Bergheim. In 2003, Mathieu created, with his partner Emmanuelle, the beautifully named Vignoble du Rêveur, certified Ecocert. Applying the rules of biodynamic culture, Mathieu Deiss elaborates surprising wines, resulting from a vinification in amphora and a bottling without filtration, with little or no addition of sulfur. Heir to a famous butcher house founded, forgiveness, in 1784, Jacques Geismar won the Pudlo Alsace prize of the best charcutter in 2014. A well-deserved consecration for this man, both discreet and stubborn, who puts the products of the Alsatian tradition in value: Presskopf, Saucren, sweet filet of smoked pork, liver sausages, honey braided ham, etc........................................................................................................... This is a true pastrami whose recipe is transmitted from father to son. But his apple pie and lyonnaise sausage are just as recommendable! Since 1977, the Hertzog family has been managing its 7.5 hectare estate using sustainable viticulture methods, particularly in the area known as Bildstoecklé (future^1er Cru). The range of Hertzog wines covers all the specificities of Alsace, in various ranges. Some of the wines are matured in the Cave des Hospices de Strasbourg. The estate also offers Alsace crémants (brut, white, rosé) as well as Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles. Do not hesitate to stop by the charming tasting cellar of the Hertzog family, you will be well received!

Honey, cinnamon, cloves, at the Gingerbread Palace, the 5 senses are stimulated during an interactive and playful journey for young and old. You can also learn about the history of gingerbread, how it is made and the imagination surrounding this delicacy. And as in Alsace, Christmas is not a joke, the palace is adorned with garlands of lights, colored balls and even Santa Claus and his sleigh. You can watch the chocolatiers, Chloé Ostertag and Alix Riehl, at work in the heart of the workshop.

In Alsace, charcuterie and butchery are no joke! Founded in 1830, this is a benchmark address in the region, which has managed to retain the tradition and good taste of yesteryear. Particularly popular here are butchery specialties and dishes of the day unjustly neglected: pig's trotters, calf's head, offal, game birds and furry game... You can also order delicious roasts and other festive menus. Wines, spices and accessories are also on offer, so you can cook raw ingredients like a chef!

When you don't have time to market, here's a good address from the producer to the consumer who avoids moving. Every week a basket is delivered to you, filled with vegetables or seasonal fruit harvested the day before, products 100% organic. You can add eggs, dairy products and processed products (cakes, tartlets, ravioles, preserves…), original recipes accompany the products. Practice, if you don't want to cook at all, the Farm also offers a dinner basket, between 5 € and 10 €, with depending on season a soup, a dish to warm, for example; everything is developed with agricultural products, organic guarantees. The basket of La Ferme Saint-André is delivered within a radius of about 50 km around Friedolsheim in the Lower Rhine.

The vines of this 6 ha estate are located on a granite terroir (notably that of the Grand Cru Frankstein), whose geological homogeneity is rare in the region. Florian Beck-Hartweg practices organic viticulture (AB certification) to preserve a soil full of life and well aerated, thus nourishing well-balanced vines giving healthy and concentrated grapes. Florian also maintains wild hedges along the edge of the vines with rosehips, hazelnut trees, chestnut trees, blackthorns and other brambles. The grapes are harvested by hand at the best moment of their maturity to obtain fruity and concentrated wines. A visit will allow you to taste the good wines of the domain in the cellar fitted out within a charming half-timbered house. Pinot gris Blettig Cuvée de l'Ours, riesling Grand Cru Frankstein, pinot noir "F", gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives: here are some beautiful vintages that are worth the trip! Note also that Florian produces some natural wines that are worth a visit, notably the well-named "Tout Naturellement", a nice blend of auxerrois, pinot blanc and sylvaner made without sulfites, without any input and without filtration.

Since 1873, the house has made chocolate lovers happy with a wide range of delicacies presented in a variety of elegant and elegant packaging, ballotins that change look all the seasons and prestige boxes. Gross proposes to explore subtle flavours such as Sechuan chocolate (milk and pepper Sechuan), Rose Flower (black chocolate flavoured green tea with saffron) or Creole (banana ganache and milk Jivara). All products are made on site with local ingredients: freshly baked breads, viennoiseries, pastries and small dishes. Recognition: BizKot took part in the 2019 "Best Bakery" competition on M6, reaching the semi-finals of the Grand-Est region after taking^1st place in Alsace!

The Bernhard family comes from a long line of Sigolsheim winegrowers. In the 60s, grandfather Bernhard introduced apple cultivation to his vineyard. Today, the family business welcomes you to Sigolsheim's industrial zone. We stock up on local seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as homemade products such as jams, honeys, pear and apple juices. The Bernhard family sells "Paniers Fraîcheur" (fresh baskets), the composition of which is updated every week on the farm's website.

Ideally located on Saint Joseph Square near parking spaces, this bakery is always very busy, especially on Saturday morning during the market. It attracts an eye with its head laden with pastries and pastries all the more appetizing. Gourmets will be filled with chocolate rolls, manalas or rabbits according to season, croissants and excellent Chinese. In the bread range, you can choose from almost 35 varieties: to rye, complete, hiker, winemaker… Another highly valued specialty: Chia Pep's chia-shaped chia, very rich in fiber and omega -3! François and Florian, trained in vine products, welcome you to this new wine shop close to the Basel border. Here you can taste a selection of wines from over 1,200 references. You'll find all Alsatian grape varieties, as well as wines from all over France and Europe: AOP, IGP, organic wines, Beaujolais, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Corsican, Charentes, Languedoc and South-Western wines. Wolfberger wines also feature prominently. You can also renew your collection of champagnes and crémants, and stock up on soft drinks or bag-in-box gift items. Here, the team meets once a month to make a new selection based on samples sent to them. In this way, the two specialists know the wines they sell inside out, and prove to be perfect advisors for food and wine pairings! The store has also set up a system for renting beer taps, tables and benches to associations and individuals. A useful service for party organizers (estimates available)!

Jean and Simon Baltenweck manage these 3.5 hectares of vines in biodynamic viticulture, with parcels on the Grands Crus Schlossberg, Rosacker and Muhlforst. The yields are low to "let the terroir speak for itself". Some 100% natural wines to taste: Vulcain (orange wine), the Riesling Muehlforst or the Pinot Noir Kalkofen. There is also the Verger d'Eden, renowned for its organic fruit juices: plums, mirabelles, peaches, quinces are harvested manually, pressed by hand and simply pasteurized. Exciting guided tours of the vineyard.

Nos Délicatesses, is a family business over three generations that works to delight our taste buds, Valerie welcomes us with kindness and smile and we are guided from the place of the Meeting by the smell of greediness that emanates from the store. The choice is varied and young and old will easily find their happiness. You can find cakes, vegan sweets, a gluten-free range and a range with less sugar will exist soon! Maison Lips has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label. Painted by Roland Perret, its façade features a mix of pretzels, bredeles and lebkuchens. The museum is housed in a tithe barn dating from 1756. It displays thousands of objects linked to gingerbread, bredalas and chocolates for St. Nicholas, Christmas and Easter. You'll discover the traditional stub, furnished as it was in ^18th-century Alsace. You can also stock up on goodies!

There are several ranges to spread, to put in a dairy or to accompany meats and cheeses: sweet and sour, unusual, fruity, gourmet, chocolate, seasonal, special holidays or extras. There is also a wide choice of cookies: shortbread, macaroons, truffles, meringues... This store offers only handmade products, made in the family. As the store is also a tea room, come and taste on the spot!

This very famous family estate is run according to the virtuous precepts of organic and biodynamic viticulture. It produces wines that are appreciated all over the world, as far away as Thailand, that's all. The prices charged are certainly much higher than the average in the region, but what a wonder when you come to taste them... by appointment only! You can be seduced without sulking your pleasure by the Muscat Roche Moulée with its beautifully voluptuous fruitiness, the lively and salty Zind or the Pinot Noir Heimbourg, a wine that can be kept deep and velvety.

Christiane Masson knows a thing or two about home-made jams! She makes her own jams in her shop-workshop. Litchi, pineapple, myrobolan, nashi or more simply raspberry, strawberry or clementine... there are 80 fruits on offer and a hundred or so recipes. Other home-made surprises such as apricot with almonds and vanilla or green tomato with cinnamon as well as jellies, confits and chutneys, natural syrups with aromatic plants or fruits, without preservatives or colourings. Top!

Hervé Lichtle, a famous wine merchant in Kaysesberg, owning a famous vineyard in Husseren-les-Chateaux, has made the excellent decision to settle in South Alsace and very exactly in the charming little village of Brunstatt. Romane, her passionate sparkling saleswoman, will find THE bottle that will leave its mark on your taste buds among the 1,000 wine and spirit references of this true wine cellar. Italian wines imported directly from Italy, small wines from the Rhone Valley and some excellent bottles of Alsace wines, including of course those from Domaine Lichtle, but not only. The board is very important and small tastings are regularly organised.

Perfect for cutting out the middleman, farmers' markets are a unique opportunity to meet with around twenty local producers offering fresh, quality produce. Launched in 2013, they have been a resounding success ever since. The town of Ensisheim has planned a series of free events to extend the market experience, with music provided by the Accordion Club. From know-how transfer to environmental awareness workshops, tastings and games, there's plenty of fun and learning to be had at the market!

If you're one of those people who go out of their way to find THE perfect cheese for your near-perfect dinner, we highly recommend a trip to the excellent Au Bouton d'or. Au Bouton d'or is where you'll find the cream of the crop when it comes to... cream! How can you not melt in front of these 270 kinds of farm cheeses made from raw milk that are matured in two separate cellars: one for cooked cheeses and one for goat cheeses! At Le Bouton d'or, we try to look for "but", but all we find are dishes!

7 grape varieties vinified on 7 ha "with heart and hands". Thierry Schneider has obtained HVE certification and converted his estate to organic viticulture. In the old cellar, the winemaker welcomes you amidst his old oak tuns. Enjoy a Riesling Réserve 2019 with notes of mandarin or a Pinot Noir Réserve 2021 with a nose of ripe red fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry). At the new cellar on rue du 3 décembre, you'll also find a range of tempting Crémant d'Alsace wines!

This estate is getting a new look as it converts to organic farming in 2020 following its HVE certification. Decorated with a graceful poppy, the new labels set the tone. Taste the Tribu 2020 vintage, a natural orange wine without maceration with a nose of orange peel, or its cousin Inca 2021 (gewurztraminer, sylvaner). Deliciously aromatic, the Riesling Grand Cru Osterberg 2020 and the barrel-aged Pinot Noir 2021 are crushed the old-fashioned way.

Legend has it that a unicorn dipped its horn in Saverne water, making it perfectly pure... And water is a main element to make good beer, so obviously, what a wonderful place to set up a brewery! The structure was founded in the 18th century and was taken over in 1845 by the Schweickhardt family. From a craft brewery, it became an industrial brewery and since 1989 has been part of the Karlsberg Group. Today, the Licorne brewery is constantly innovating to offer you new beverages in all its ranges.

It is Arthur Ostertag, son of André (a very talented winegrower and poet at heart) who has been running the 15 hectares of this beautiful family estate since 2018, which has been biodynamic since 1998. The vines are mainly planted in Epfig (plots on the so-called Fronholz and Pflanzer sites) where the estate is established, but also in Itterswiller, Albé, Ribeauvillé (Clos Mathis) and Nothalten (Grand Cru Muenchberg, Zellberg and Heissenberg sites). Arthur Ostertag passionately makes spontaneous, precise and pure wines, with a predilection for pinot noir (Les Jardins Ostertag 2018 is a little marvel). During your visit (by appointment), he will also be pleased to offer you a tasting of L'Exutoire 2017 (a blend of Riesling and Sylvaner) and the Riesling Grand Cru Muenchberg 2018 (great mineral finesse). Ostertag wines are enjoyed by oenophiles all over the world and are adorned with labels designed by Arthur's mother, the painter Christine Colin.

The estate comprises 14 hectares of vines in Itterswiller, Epfig and Nothalten. Cathia and Jacky welcome you to their cellar, with its charming vaulted stone door and colorful stained-glass windows. Here you can taste 4 ranges of wines: Traditions, Vins d'exception, les Terroirs and Vendanges Tardives. These excellent vintages, such as the Pinot Noir 2020, which won a silver medal at the Colmar competition in 2021, can be purchased on site. You can extend the experience by renting a gîte: enjoy the wines without worrying about the return trip!

This family estate, which covers 10 hectares, is run organically by Yvan Zeyssolff, who produces attractive wines such as the Klevener de Heiligenstein, vinified and aged in amphora. Yvan and his wife Céline have also created a delicatessen, Au Péché vigneron, a tea room, a dining bar and 5 gîtes (4-7 people) of high standing. You can also enjoy an immersive visit with a projection on the tuns, this offer has been awarded by the Trophy of wine tourism 2022.

The Heiligenstein pastry-chocolate shop is the paradise of the sweetened lovers of delights: here, the creativity is master word and one unceasingly endeavours to surprise and fill the gourmet ones by imagining new recipes. The chocolate candies Heiligenstein guaranteed 100% pure cocoa butter were preceded on several occasions these recent years, the such chocolate "Feeling" with the fruit fool of passions. A range of chocolates also was especially designed for the diabétiques ones. The macaroons are divine, perfect to accompany a tea or a café. The cakes and pastries do not have as for them not their similar, especially if you wish to make personalize a dessert for a birthday or a special event: you will arise from the shop with a work of art!
