The idea is to offer quality local products, with a focus on promoting Alsace's culinary and craft traditions. The small, rustic store in the heart of the family farm sells a wide range of products: milk, bibalakass, siasskass, munster, mammersbach tomme, randonneau (plain or caraway), bargkass, butter..

This cheese dairy is run by cheese refiners from Munster: Anne and Cyril Lang know their field inside out! Matured or fresh cheeses, raw milk or pasteurized milk, there is something for everyone here and if you feel lost, don't panic, the team of the cheese dairy will advise you perfectly. You will surely find what you are looking for, as with the "chauffe-moi", a munster type cheese that will sublimate your winter evenings.

This shop specializes in gingerbread in all its forms, and all the elements that go around it! Bowls and cups to hold your hot drinks, cake dishes to highlight the sweets, and all a beautiful decoration around the Mannele. And of course different kinds of gingerbread. La maison du Leckerlis also sells preparations to make this delicious sweetness and offers a multitude of tips so you never miss them. A wide range of wines, hams, terrines and many other delicatessen must-haves will delight you, especially as they all come from modest or little-known producers in France. L'Épicier Grand-Cru also innovates with its "cheese bar", where you can try almost anything!

It is a know-how that dates back to 1925. Located in the heart of the village, the Hirsch family's house produces and markets its foies gras. Resulting from their own production, their poultry are fed with quality products. The establishment also offers a home-made production of rillettes, fresh or smoked duck and goose products, stuffed quails, duck breasts stuffed with foie gras... A selection of Alsatian wines, jams and preserves complete the range.Baskets with fillings are made on request.

Conceived as an old-fashioned grocery store, this boutique welcomes you in a beautifully wood-panelled setting. It's brimming with artisanal products from the Drôme Provençale region, including chocolate (dark, milk and white) available in bars or to break with a wooden hammer! There are also chocolate spreads: hazelnut, salted butter caramel and other unusual, gourmet flavors. Add to this a wide selection of tapenades, jams, olive oils, mustards and flavored vinegars. This charming boutique is located opposite the Arnold Winstub It offers a fine selection of gourmet products, original compositions presented in baskets, original pottery, aprons, tea towels embroidered with regional motifs, regional "delikatessen" (sauerkraut in jars, homemade foies gras, jams, brandies, gingerbread, honeys), wines from the estate... Since 2005, the farmers of the Vosges mountains and local associations have joined forces in order to satisfy consumers by bringing together their best local products under the same banner. The success was immediate! The decoration is natural, the products are presented on wooden shelves and named on slates. All you have to do is pick up a basket and help yourself! At the bend in an alley, you'll even find walnut stain ink and its pen.

Located high above the village of Mollau, the Runtzenbach farm was built by Monique and Francis Schirck. Cows, goats and pigs have given way to sheep. A conversion in line with the convictions of these mountain farmers. Two breeds of hardy lamb are raised: Engadine and Solognote. Here, the animals are protected by shepherd dogs and cared for naturally. Special feature: the farm has held the organic farming label since 1986 and is a member of Saveurs & Couleurs, a group of local producers.
