A conversion in line with the convictions of these mountain farmers. Two breeds of hardy lamb are raised: Engadine and Solognote. Here, the animals are protected by shepherd dogs and cared for naturally. Special feature: the farm has held the organic farming label since 1986 and is a member of Saveurs & Couleurs, a group of local producers.
