Located high above the village of Mollau, the Runtzenbach farm was built by Monique and Francis Schirck. Cows, goats and pigs have given way to sheep. A conversion in line with the convictions of these mountain farmers. Two breeds of hardy lambs are raised organically, cared for naturally and protected by shepherd dogs. Together with the association Autour d'une ferme pour un paysage partagé, the farming couple organize cultural events at the farm several times a year.
