The first thing that strikes you on entering the hotel restaurant is the glass-ceilinged passageway: a mini Hall of Mirrors "Soultzmatt version", with decor worthy of a Harry Potter story! The warm, cosy atmosphere is perfect for long winter evenings. You're accompanied by the song of the canaries, unperturbed and joyful, one of the two passions of Michel Klein, a great wine lover and the man behind a fine traditional Alsatian cuisine! The bouchées à la reine are delicious, as are the fleischnackas.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 9pm; Sunday lunchtime. Hotel open every day. Reservations recommended. No menu. A la carte menu: approx. €23. Rooms from €70 to €90. Groups welcome. Terrace.

Que cela soit par le cadre à la Nouriture..
La serveuse reste agréable tout de même.
Pour commencer si vous êtes allergique à la poussière ne rentré pas dans ce lieu.
Après pour ce qui concerne la propreté des verre et couvert mieux ne faut pas être maniaques après pour le repas chacun pour le prix la qualité gustatif n est vraiment pas au rdv le dessert on n est encore entrain de le chercher la cassonade sur la crème qui étais censé être brûlé pour mon plat le backeoffe ben que dire je cherche encore la troisième viande et le plat baigner dans le jus etc .. que dire à part très très déçu je ne recommande vraiment pas j oublié le ketchup périmé.
