Since 2005, the farmers of the Vosges mountains and local associations have joined forces in order to satisfy consumers by bringing together their best local products under the same banner. The success was immediate! The decoration is natural, the products are presented on wooden shelves and named on slates. All you have to do is pick up a basket and help yourself! At the bend in an alley, you'll even find walnut stain ink and its pen.

Located high above the village of Mollau, the Runtzenbach farm was built by Monique and Francis Schirck. Cows, goats and pigs have given way to sheep. A conversion in line with the convictions of these mountain farmers. Two breeds of hardy lamb are raised: Engadine and Solognote. Here, the animals are protected by shepherd dogs and cared for naturally. Special feature: the farm has held the organic farming label since 1986 and is a member of Saveurs & Couleurs, a group of local producers.
