A meeting full of meaning and of terroir with Nathalie Le Blanc who has launched herself into the adventure of entrepreneurship with enthusiasm and passion! She wants to create bridges between agriculture and our baskets, to educate about taste, to consume less but consume better, to make people want to live in this pretty village. In her rural grocery store, you can find beautiful baskets filled with jams, syrups, pasta, flour... Soon, you will also find everyday products (vinegar, eggs, milk...) and well-being products. More than 25 years of passion for pastry-making and not a single wrinkle for this craftsman, cited by the greatest culinary guides and renowned for his chocolates made with subtle combinations of ganache, praline, caramel or marzipan, which he models himself. There is no need to take the course on the iodinated west to savor the pleasure of a freshly caught product: Just go to the Chalutier! In this renowned fish store, seafood is 100% fresh, in any season, directly from small fishing boats from ports in Brittany and North-Pas-de-Calais or from Rungis market. Dorades, soles, cod, mackerel, barrel, hake and hake, tuna filets or swordfish, but also gambas, oysters, clams and other shells take their own on the well-guarded shelves. The Chalutier also offers smoked salmon and small homemade dishes (cassolette of Saint-Jacques, laminated to fish, cod brandade, barbet-like terrine, marinator mussels…) and seafood plateaux (from September to April). The Italian Village already has a beautiful Mulhouse route since the activity started in 1984 with the manufacture of ravioli stuffed with beef. Since then, the activity has diversified considerably, but the manufacturing remains traditional. You will find a whole range of fresh pasta available in an infinite variety, for example: ravioli with cuttlefish ink, langoustines, duck foie gras, ricotta cannelloni and crab with chives, tortellini, tagliatelle... Created in 1981 by Cécile and Robert, this family estate is now run by their son Pierre. You'll discover mainly dry white wines from a wide variety of terroirs.
