Julien wanted to bring the specialties of his Alsatian fief to downtown Strasbourg: Dampfnudle (steamed white bread rolls). You'll find this recipe modernized with "dampf'burgers", "dampf'dogs" or "dampf'croqs". The famous kaesknepfles and other traditional dishes complete the menu. Abbiamo trovato per caso questo localino durante una visita a Strasburgo. Siamo stati colpiti dall' accoglienza e dalla disponibilità del personale. Cibo molto buono e prezzi nella media. Lo consiglio.

Vous en avez assez de la tarte flambée mais vous cherchez une note alsacienne alors pas d' hésitation, poussez la porte du Dampf&Nuddle et passez un bon moment !

J’ai pris la peine de réserver une table pour le déjeuner. Arrivés sur place on nous fait attendre 20 minutes le temps que notre table se libère sans rien nous proposer pour patienter (alors qu’une autre table est disponible). On finit par nous installer dans le fond de la salle entre un frigo, un radiateur et une porte condamnée. Nous commandons deux burgers du moment qui s’avèrent bons mais très peu garnis au vu du prix. Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser de mauvais commentaires mais face à un serveur qui se contente de me sourire sans rien dire lorsque je lui réponds que je n’ai pas passé un bon moment, que puis-je faire d’autre ?
