In James Suckling's Top 100 Alsace wines is this spearhead of organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter) viticulture. Founded in 1725, it brings together on 23 hectares a mosaic of rich terroirs in Grand Cru appellation (Schlossberg, Hengst, Goldert, Brand). Visit the cellar, decorated in a contemporary style, and taste some of its wines, such as the Riesling Jade 2021, whose mineral complexity goes perfectly with a seafood platter, or the Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Hengst 2019, with its aromas of mango, papaya and lychee.

J'ai découvert ce domaine par des amis, un partage d'adresse que l'on oublie pas : accueil chaleureux, de viticulteurs fiers de partager le fruit de leur travail, et ils ont bien raison : c'est de la bel ouvrage, un régal pour les papilles !

Thank you so much for an amazing tasting I visited the domain on Wednesday 22nd of August and meet with Margot she is a fantastic host I tried several wines if which were all excellent.
This was my second visit to st remy and I would recommend to all you Alsace wine lovers great wines at very reasonable prices especially for the quality.
I will definitely be back next August with friends and family.
