It reveals a succulent collection of ice cream and sorbets manufactured commercially from ingredients whose origin is strictly controlled and which comply with the charter established by the National Confederation of Glaciers of France (CNGF): milk, cream, eggs, sugar, fruit and natural flavors. Edelw 'Ice offers often unexpected flavors: Cheesecake, Tropetic Pie, Breton Palet, Chartreuse, Madeleine Madeleine, turron, rebait… In winter, you can treat yourself to ice macarons, Christmas logs, Liège waffles, pancake cream pancakes or a Ice 'Brioche.
