A chocolate dynasty founded more than 50 years ago, the Brunstein family unveils its delicious delicacies in a bright and very chic boutique where chocolates, ganaches and other candied fruits are presented like precious jewels! According to the seasons, we are delighted by the very original chocolate mouldings: creations for the festive events of the year. There is also a beautiful collection of Pure Origin dark or milk chocolate bars and huge pieces of chocolate (hazelnuts, oranges, Smarties...) sold at the scrapyard!

There is no need to take the course on the iodinated west to savor the pleasure of a freshly caught product: Just go to the Chalutier! In this renowned fish store, seafood is 100% fresh, in any season, directly from small fishing boats from ports in Brittany and North-Pas-de-Calais or from Rungis market. Dorades, soles, cod, mackerel, barrel, hake and hake, tuna filets or swordfish, but also gambas, oysters, clams and other shells take their own on the well-guarded shelves. The Chalutier also offers smoked salmon and small homemade dishes (cassolette of Saint-Jacques, laminated to fish, cod brandade, barbet-like terrine, marinator mussels…) and seafood plateaux (from September to April). Possibility of delivery at home on the morning of Wednesday to Saturday, provided you place a order at the latest the day before!

The Halmar market was built in 1865. Its location on the edge of the Lauch once allowed the garners to move their goods onto flat-bottom barks and unload them directly at the gates designed for this purpose. Today, this fine example of Second Empire architecture with its bricks and columns serves as a framework for a beautiful covered market where twenty exhibitors take their souls in a vast space dedicated as much to the sale of goods as to conviviality: butchers, stealth, baker, cheese, fish harvester, pastry maker, Italian caterer, Italian caterer, Alsatian specialties, farm products, Alsace wines, spirits… The covered market leads to a healthy return to rhythmic proximity to the seasons by local products of quality that blend with various flavors of the world. Pierre and Gilles Karcher manage this 10-hectare estate in the heart of Colmar, in an old ^17th century farmhouse. Certified organic since 2021, Karcher wines are produced with passion and each vintage is a renewal for the Colmar estate. Thanks to their AOC vines in the heart of the Harth region, their wines are unique and original. In the friendly cellar, fall for the 2018 Harth Riesling, with its citrusy nose and tangy palate, 1 star in the Guide Hachette 2021.

This bakery has an attractive bistro/tea room, most of which is housed in a superb glass roof. Here, you can enjoy a sweet and savoury breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, as well as brunches on Fridays and Saturdays. This cheese factory is part of the Club Gastronomique Prosper Montagné. Here we do not compromise on quality when it comes to Munster cheese and organic products. Cheeses, butters, yoghurts and fresh creams are all made with local ingredients. The Quesnot family selects some 400 cheese references from regional, national and international producers. The cheeses are matured in cellars built in Buhl with spruce, fir and larch boards.

The Wolfberger Boutique organizes a variety of events and workshops, including the Prestige commented tasting and the guided tour of the vineyard. During your visit, don't hesitate to linger at the tasting bar, where you'll make some wonderful discoveries! Afterwards, it's up to you to choose from a selection of Crémants d'Alsace, Riesling Vendanges Tardives and Pinot Gris Sélection de Grains Nobles. You'll also find a fine selection of eaux-de-vie and liqueurs.

Conducted in organic farming since 1997, this vineyard spreads over the hillsides of Bennwihr, Ammerschwihr, Katzenthal, Riquewihr, Colmar and Turckheim. From this diversity are produced wines of ranges characterized by a great power in mouth. A visit to the family cellar allows you to taste authentic nectars, such as the Gewurztraminer Cuvée Sainte-Cécile, or the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf. There is also L'Épure, a range of 100% natural wines. You can also, on request, discover the century-old cellars where these precious wines are patiently aged.
