Read moreCreated in 1961 by Charles Erhard, this family business is renowned for the quality and variety of its ice creams as well as for its totally unheard of creations! Its new Colmarian space is a true temple of gourmet delights where it is impossible not to succumb to temptation when faced with more than two hundred flavours of ice cream and sorbets, not to mention the sublime frozen desserts. Add to that delicious cakes (gourmet rock, paris-brest, forêt-noire, opera...), individual pastries (lightning and cabbage cream, rum babas, verrines, macaroons...) and other pastries. All this can be enjoyed on the spot in the dessert lounge or taken away to enjoy at home!
