Proud of its 6 years of experience, the store proposes a varied food offer, from fruits and vegetables to meat, fish, cheese and dairy products, without forgetting sweet and salty grocery products and a wide range of beers and wines from Alsace. These good things come from more than 60 farms and producers from the Alsace region. So come and visit Coeur Paysan!

Pierre and Gilles Karcher manage this 10-hectare estate in the heart of Colmar, in an old ^17th century farmhouse. Certified organic since 2021, Karcher wines are produced with passion and each vintage is a renewal for the Colmar estate. Thanks to their AOC vines in the heart of the Harth region, their wines are unique and original. In the friendly cellar, fall for the 2018 Harth Riesling, with its citrusy nose and tangy palate, 1 star in the Guide Hachette 2021.

Born under the impulse of three childhood friends who are both travelers and experienced beer lovers, this microbrewery offers hopped beverages with incomparable flavors, fruit of the experiences of Luc, Thibaut and Jean-Cyril. These three musketeers of the foam propose beers called classic: Cirrus (White India Pale Ale), Mosaïc (Pale Ale), Hindi (India Pale Ale). In addition, there are Beerstorming, ephemeral brews made according to the seasons. Everything can be tasted on the spot in the Brewup which combines bar and store!

The Wolfberger Boutique organizes a variety of events and workshops, including the Prestige commented tasting and the guided tour of the vineyard. During your visit, don't hesitate to linger at the tasting bar, where you'll make some wonderful discoveries! Afterwards, it's up to you to choose from a selection of Crémants d'Alsace, Riesling Vendanges Tardives and Pinot Gris Sélection de Grains Nobles. You'll also find a fine selection of eaux-de-vie and liqueurs.

Conducted in organic farming since 1997, this vineyard spreads over the hillsides of Bennwihr, Ammerschwihr, Katzenthal, Riquewihr, Colmar and Turckheim. From this diversity are produced wines of ranges characterized by a great power in mouth. A visit to the family cellar allows you to taste authentic nectars, such as the Gewurztraminer Cuvée Sainte-Cécile, or the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf. There is also L'Épure, a range of 100% natural wines. You can also, on request, discover the century-old cellars where these precious wines are patiently aged.

A must in the Colmar region, these wine merchants offer good Alsace wines, including their own production (Domaine Marc Tempé in Zellenberg), as well as some of the best Alsace wines. Marie and Stéphane Jungblut also present a selection of bottles from other regions of France, as well as spirits and oenological accessories. All of this can be discovered in an original setting made of raw materials. Good to know: La Sommelière regularly organizes tasting workshops with a winegrower.

The Vinothèque offers more than 1,200 carefully selected references in its 300 m² sales area located in the ZAC Nord de Colmar. Its salesmen advise you with real passion in your purchases according to your tastes and your budget. Regional wines from France and around the world, bag-in-box, beers, coffees and other spirits: here you really have a choice! Tastings are organized to discover the offers of the moment. A microbrewery, KS offers a wide range of craft beers with assertive and surprising tastes. Blonde, white, IPA, brown, HOP, rousse and a Christmas beer are just some of the beers on offer from these passionate brewers, who practice the art of brewing as a sideline. That's why their production, like their opening hours, is limited. The various beers are produced according to the traditional Alsatian method, i.e. low fermentation with an alcohol content that varies but is slightly higher than that of Belgian beers.

Patricia Alter offers great Alsace wines from Schlumberger, Zind-Humbrecht, Trimbach, Hugel and other local nectars. But also a fine selection of whiskies, vodkas, old rums, armagnacs, ports and vintage champagnes. These superb bottles are majestically displayed in the boutique. Patricia also selects excellent wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley and other prestigious terroirs. It's impossible not to find what you're looking for in this authentic Colmar institution for 30 years!

The beers of this microbrewery cultivate a heady humor! The illustrations on their labels tear up and their little names practice the art of punchy wordplay: No God No Master, Hail To Thee, No Risk No Fun... Not to mention the now great classics stamped Sainte Cru: Orange Mécanique (with acacia honey), Read is Dead (hopped redhead), White Rabbit (deliciously frosty white), Antisocial stout and double-bladed India Sex, Ale & Rock'n'Roll. To be enjoyed (in moderation) in the Taproom Bar where the atmosphere is very crazy!

Melissa Will brilliantly runs a blog dedicated to her favorite wines in Alsace and elsewhere. In her wake, we discover breathtaking landscapes, passionate winemakers and excellent wines that are mostly organic and/or biodynamic. The CIVA was created on April 22, 1963. Among its many missions, we can mention: to carry out studies on the production and marketing of Alsatian wines, to assist producers and to inform consumers. Its website is very pleasant to consult: it presents the different facets of the Alsatian vineyard along the Wine Route in a dynamic and didactic spirit. SYNVIRA works to perpetuate the profession of the Independent Winegrowers of Alsace. It has a store in Strasbourg at the Comptoir des Vignerons alsaciens. Its website is packed with information on trade shows, activities and events organized by the Vignerons Indépendants d'Alsace. With more than 206 medals, Meyer's distillery presents all its nectars for you to discover in this beautiful boutique, from whisky to eau-de-vie, gin, pastis and even spritz! The latter is a pure delight, less bitter than we're used to, and is sure to delight even the most delicate palates. You're bound to find what you're looking for in this store. The attentive team will welcome you with a smile, invite you to taste and give you valuable explanations.

JAF is the story of Jason, Arnaud and Florian, three acolytes who, in the course of their peregrinations around the world, have unearthed some fine discoveries of beers, wines and spirits. 350 references are presented in a most original setting. It's a bar dedicated to afterworks, a must for work outings. A few beers and good wines to start you off, followed by a tour of the cellar, will ensure that when it's time to go home, you won't go home empty-handed to finish off the evening you started so well!
