Vins d'Alsace EARL NOLL Charles is a must for wine lovers. Owned by winegrower Charles Noll, this estate offers a wide selection of Alsace wines, as well as quality brandies. Visitors can taste the different grape varieties of Alsace and discover the appellations and mentions specific to the region. The estate also offers guided tours for groups by appointment. In addition to its winemaking activities, Vins d'Alsace EARL NOLL Charles promotes gastronomy and art through events and collaborations with local artists.

Certified HVE 3, this estate is run by Patrick Cognacq and his wife Évelyne. Located on the slopes of the château where Patrick grew up, it has been pampered for years by its owner. This venerable family of winegrowers has been established in Ammerschwihr for several generations. Their vineyard is south facing and benefits from all the conditions that are favorable for an early flowering of the vine and a slow maturation of the grapes. The reputation of this domain is made on the pinot noirs vinified in red and in rosé. A visit to their cellar, with a capacity of 3,500 hectoliters, is worthwhile, as you will notice some beautiful oak barrels from the ^19th century.

Descended from a line of winegrowers dating back to the ^14th century, Rémy Gresser boasts a superb diversity of terroirs: the Grands Crus Kastelberg, Wiebelsberg and Moenchberg, as well as the Brandhof, Duttenberg, Saint-André, Kritt and Clos de l'Ourse. He offers a remarkable range of wines, some dry, fine and fruity, others aromatic, full-bodied and generous. Like Dr. Jean-Louis Soltz, the eminent ampelographer from Andlau, Rémy is passionate about the Grands Terroirs and a follower of viticulture in symbiosis with nature.

This domain spreads over 12 hectares of which more than 7 hectares are on the famous Grand Cru Brand terroir. Its vineyard is composed for a good part of old vines of more than 40 years, and even 70 years for some! Conducted 100% biodynamically since 2016, Domaine Armand Hurst produces healthy and unadorned, yet powerful and racy wines. In particular the Pinot Noir Coeur de Dragon which seduces with its fleshy expression and silky mouth. More atypical, the SY'RO (a wine made from a sylvaner maceration) is a perfect accompaniment to a good baeckeoffe!

Emeritus oenologist Thierry Scherrer masterfully manages his family estate, which is HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified. Although Maison Dodin shines by its discretion, its know-how is unanimously acclaimed, notably at the Frankfurt International Trophy 2022 with a gold medal for its organic PDO Munster cheese, matured in the traditional way. A maturing tradition that began in 1908 with Adrien Bertrand.
