Alsatian wine farm concerned with the environment and in conversion to organic farming, run by a mother and her daughter.
Passionate independent winemakers, Florence and her daughter Sandra (reconverted to wine in 2020) cultivate the 7 Alsatian grape varieties on 6 hectares in the hills above Marlenheim. The diversity of soil types (clay-limestone, sandy, sandstone) gives the different crus complementary aromas (acidic or round, spicy or light). Concerned about preserving the environment, the two winegrowers have obtained the "Haute Valeur Environnementale 3" label and have renounced the use of pesticides and herbicides. The farm will complete its conversion to organic farming in 2024.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre visite. Très sympathique, il nous a fait faire une visite et une dégustation. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les vins que j'ai ramenés à la maison !

La propriétaire du domaine a pris le temps de nous présenter ses vins et l'histoire du domaine.
La carte des vins est très claire, mais propose de superbes vins. Ma femme a particulièrement apprécié l'excellent Gewurztraminer, tandis que j'ai préféré le Pinot Gris.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander une visite à tous ceux qui se trouvent dans la région et qui souhaitent découvrir des vins exceptionnels produits par un petit vigneron.
Il est indispensable de prendre rendez-vous à l'avance.
