Run biodynamically by Arnaud and Aurélie, this family estate produces well-balanced vintages, notably beautiful blends. For example, the Phénix, a natural wine (pinot gris, gewurztraminer) fine and fresh, the Kaefferkopf Grand Cru (gewurztraminer, riesling, pinot gris) rich and gastronomic, the very natural " Schlouk " (gewurztraminer and sylvaner) both fresh and powerful in the mouth. We also like the Crémant " Double Zéro " (pinot blanc, chardonnay), deliciously effervescent, and the Beetle Juice, a cherry and grape wine.
