When you visit this estate, in a quiet street in Mittelwihr, you'll meet Laurent Scheidecker, the winemaker of the year 2023, named by the Guide Hachette. He has been running the family's 12-hectare converted organic estate for nearly 10 years with passion and brio. During a tasting in the cellar once dedicated to Laurent's father's vinifications, opt for the Riesling Grand Cru Sporen 2022, awarded three stars by the Guide Hachette, with its ripe fruit nose and straight, mineral mouthfeel.

J’ai demandé l’adresse à la restauratrice et je suis allé chez la famille Scheidecker dès le lendemain. L’accueil a été à la hauteur de leur vin: délicieux, généreux et d’une belle simplicité. Ici pas de chichi, que de l’authentique!! Courez-y!! Rapport qualité / prix sans égal .
