Alsace wine tasting at the foot of Haut-Koenigsbourg: domaine Aline et Rémy Simon, family cellar, gîtes, chambres d'hôtes.
This estate is run by Aline and Rémy Simon with their sons Grégory and Xavier. They welcome you to the tasting cellar in the 18th-century family home, preferably by appointment. Produced from 18 ha of vines, Domaine Simon's wines have won numerous awards. Like the Gewurztraminer Silbergrub 2021, gold medal winner at the Mondial des Vins Blancs, one star in the Guide Hachette 2024. The Rouge de Saint-Hippolyte 2022, a rare local appellation, is also a favorite.

Certified organic. Open every day. During the harvest by appointment. Please call beforehand. Groups welcome: booking required, chargeable. Delivery possible. 3 chambres d'hôtes (2 people): €50 to €60/night, DDP included. 2 gîtes (2-4 people): €350 to €550/week.
