Marc, Christiane, their parents and sons manage this 25-hectare estate (unification of the 2 family estates in 2003) as a family. Marc and his father have been working the vines together since 1982. A silver medal winner for Crémant brut at the "World's Best Sparkling Wine" competition, HVE certified and soon to be certified organic for 8 hectares, the estate has not finished making a name for itself thanks to the new generation who are keen to develop it in the years to come.

Noémie Meyer Ferré and Gilles Meyer are the two enthusiasts behind Sainte Joie. Gilles, who is in charge of the estate, and Noémie, who is in charge of management and communications after a career change, have turned their production towards organic and biodynamic methods. The range is vast, and includes traditional regional crus, white, red, sparkling and sweet wines, but also, and above all, a Rosé des Coteaux Varois! Surprising for an Alsatian domaine, but it works perfectly!

Managed according to the precepts of biodynamic viticulture, the vineyards of Domaine François Bléger are subject to a minimum of intervention, and each cuvée is the culmination of constant, attentive care. In May 2023, the estate won a host of awards at the ^25th Mondial des Vins Blancs Strasbourg: gold medals for Muscat Kappellreben 2022 and Riesling Bouquet de Clémence 2021, and silver for Auxerrois Adrien 2022! To be discovered during a finely commented tasting in a typical ^17th-century cellar.
