This village, on the edge of the Castagniccia region, is renowned for its violin making, sculpture, olive oil and chestnut groves. You can visit the Baroque church of San Simone, with its four-storey bell tower, and admire the many paintings inside. Unique in its size and sound, the Moïta cello is the subject of a beautiful concert in mid-July. An event not to be missed! If you're looking for tradition and authenticity, you may be lucky enough to hear the members of a brotherhood singing hymns, either on a stroll or at the church door.
